In February 2007, T&D Holdings, Inc. (the Company) made full-scale revision of its website (the Site) for the greater convenience of individual investors.

The following explains methods of how individual investors and other users of the Site can use this Site conveniently, comfortably and safely as well as matters that the users of this Site should know when using the Site.

Recommended OS and Browser

For your greater convenience, comfort and safety in using this Site, we recommend you use Windows95 (or later) and Internet Explorer 6.0 (or higher). When you view this Site using an OS and web browser other than those mentioned above, please note that some of the features, functions and contents of this Site may not operate properly. This Site can be viewed with a screen size of 800 pixel wide or higher resolutions.

Accessibility

This Site is designed in accordance with "XHTML 1.0" recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)*. We are also committed to providing the Site that is accessible to as many internet users as possible. The following features are being used on the Site:


  1. Of graphics and images used on the Site, those that have meaning in themselves come with alternative text representing their contents and roles which can be used by screen readers and audio browsers.
  2. The Site uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) which has high compatibility with users' style sheets.
  3. In designing the Site, we tried to use large and clear icons and links where they are needed in browsing. Also, we take great care in using such colors as red, green, yellow and pale light blue.
  4. You can change the size of the font on the Site by using the "TEXTSIZE" button or your browser's function.
  5. The Site shows a "breadcrumbs list" (which shows the location of the page currently on display) on the top left of all pages except pages and files shown in different windows.

Plugins

In order to provide IR information and news releases, this Site offers contents using the PDF format, Flash, video and audio data. To view such contents, you will need to have the following plugins downloaded and installed on your computer.

Adobe Reader To view PDF files, you need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If your computer does not have the software, please click on the icon on the right to download the program (free download).

Flash PlayerTo view contents using Flash, you need to have Flash Player installed on your computer. If your computer does not have the software, please click on the icon on the right to download the program (free download).

Windows Media PlayerTo view and/or listen to web streams of IR conferences, you will need Windows Media Player. If your computer does not have the software, please click on the icon on the right to download the program (free download).

Cookies

This Site uses cookies in order to manage the transfer of information between sessions. Internet Security

Data communications between the Site and the user are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the standard cryptographic protocol on the Internet. Through this mechanism, data transported between the Site and the user is encrypted, which makes the possibility of data transport being intercepted and falsified by an outside party on the Internet extremely low. However, the user is requested to acknowledge that security cannot be completely guaranteed due to the nature of communications via the Internet.
On April 1, 2005, the Company established its "Privacy Policy for Personal Information Protection" based on which we declare we will ensure that all possible efforts are made to protect personal information based on this privacy policy, in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
