Disclosure Policy

To maintain and reinforce trust from society including its shareholders, investors, the press, policyholders and other stakeholders, and to increase the level of transparency in its corporate governance, T&D Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), strives to provide easy-to-understand disclosure and to disclose timely, fairly and accurately.

The Company discloses information stipulated in the Insurance Business Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, other related laws and ordinances, and the rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The Company strives to disclose information to all stakeholders, utilizing various communication channels that include the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, news releases, the Company website, Integrated Reports and Sustainability Reports.

The Company established its "Disclosure Rule" defining the purpose, basic policies, systems and activities of disclosure, and actively pursues disclosure based on this rule. This Disclosure Policy is formulated based on this rule.
