Printer Friendly

T&D Holdings' website (the Site) is designed so that the user of this Site (the User) can print pages of the Site from his/her printer by using either of the following two methods:

1. How to Use Printer-Friendly Links

The Site has Printer-Friendly links ("Print This Page") on the top right of the pages which are suitable for being printed for viewing. On these pages, click on the link "Print This Page" and a pop-up window for printing (Print dialog box) will appear. By continuing the printing, the User can print the "Print Area (the area excluding header, footer and navigation bars located on the top and right of the page)" in a printer friendly format (A4 size).

Points to Note Regarding Printer-Friendly Links

  1. The User can print pages that do not have the Printer-Friendly links by using the procedures described in the following method "2. How to Use Browser's Print Function". In this case, the entire page, not just the "Print Area", is printed and therefore the navigation bar located on the right side of the screen may be printed only partially or may not be printed.
  2. The Site uses JavaScrip for the Printer-Friendly links. If JavaScrip turns off in the User's browser, the pop-up window for printing (Print dialog box) will not appear. In this case, print the page by following the procedures described in the following method "2. How to Use Browser's Print Function".
  3. Cascading Style Sheets Level 2 (CSS2) is used as the function of style sheet in the pages of which only "Print Area" is printed. If the User's browser does not support this function, or if the setting has not been completed, the User cannot print the pages in the printer-friendly format.

2. How to Use Browser's Print Function

The following explains how to print pages using Internet Explorer in Windows version and Macintosh version, as a browser's print function.
Even when the User prints pages by using his/her browser's print function, if he/she prints the pages with the Printer-Friendly links described in "1. How to Use Printer-Friendly Links", the above mentioned "Print Area" is printed in the printer-friendly format.
